About:
Shortly after Microsoft introduced cleartype, I read a wonderful article somewhere explaining how it enhanced black and white text by taking advantage of the invidiual red, green, and blue bars present in all LCD's. If I ever find the article I'll add the URL here and to my website.
This file includes all arrow cursors, a busy cursor, and a hand cursor. I added an extra black outline to most to ease visibility. I enhanced some of the other cursors, but the handwriting and some of the resize cursors ramin unchanged.
I recommend disabling the "Enable pointer shadow" option in the "Mouse Properties" dialog box. While it does improve the look of other cursor sets, it makes this one worse in general.

Instructions:
1. Copy the cursors to C:\windows\cursors, or to the cursor subdirectory of your windows installation.
2. Run LCD Cursors.reg to replace your current cursor configuration and add the "Windows LCD (large)" cursor scheme to the list in the "Mouse Properties" dialog box in the control panel.

Uninstall:
1. The sceme can be deleted from the "Mouse Properties" dialog box in the control panel.
2. Delete the cursors named *cursor type*_LCD_M.CUR from the windows cursor subdirectory, where *cursor type* is the type of cursor (eg. ARROW_LCD_M.CUR is the main arrow cursor)
